PSA Technology Introduction
PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology represents a revolution in non-cryogenic air separation and oxygen generation. This advanced system uses a special grade of Zeolite Molecular Sieve (ZMS) for efficient oxygen production.
  • The compressed air passes through a Twin Tower PSA module with automatic changeover valves
  • After processing through a Refrigerated Dryer, the air is completely dried
  • The dried compressed air contacts the Zeolite Molecular Sieves (ZMS) bed
  • ZMS has the unique property of preferential adsorption of nitrogen molecules
  • The resulting oxygen gas is sent to a surge vessel with maintained minimum pressure via a Back Pressure Regulator
